Market town
Horsham is a historic market town in the centre of the Weald. For a real sense of history, take a walk down the Causeway, just off the Carfax, to see houses dating back to the 17th century. At the end of the Causeway, you will find the Church of St Mary, originating in Norman times and rebuilt in the 13th century.
Shopping and dining
The town centre is an attraction in itself, with superb restaurants lining East Street and small independent boutique shops scattered throughout the historical Carfax and West Street.
