We're excited to share that and we've been put forward and so far won some great awards in 2023.

The British Property Awards 

We regularly put ourselves forward for review to ensure we are competitive, effective, and always offering clients the absolute best. We were thrilled to find out that we are the only local agency to be in the Best Estate Agent Guide for 7 consecutive years. The Best Estate Agent Guide is the gold standard for estate agency awards we were given this special recognition for the best estate and lettings agency in Sussex, Surrey and Kent. We were the winners this year of the 2023 British Property Awards for Horsham, and we are also the holders of the 2017, 2018 and 2021 gold winner Estate Agent in Horsham Awards.

The Negotiator Awards 2023

We received more exciting news last month to say we have been shortlisted for two categories; Estate Agency of the year (small) and Community Champion of the Year.

The Negotiator Awards, established 15 years ago, proudly holds its position as the UK's foremost independent awards programme, celebrating excellence within the estate and letting agent industry, as well as recognising the contributions of suppliers and the wider residential property sector. Known for its unwavering commitment to fairness and transparency, these awards have evolved into the most prestigious and coveted accolades for the best in UK estate and letting agency.  

We're not preparing our acceptance speeches quite yet, but the winners will be announced later this month at their awards ceremony in London. Fingers crossed but in the meantime a big shoutout to all of the team for their continued hard work in getting us this far.
