What did we do differently?

We were approached by Berkeley to support the final phase at The Paperyard in Horsham, a luxury, town centre development.  Berkeley were keen for additional support in the final phase and brought At Home Estate and Lettings Agency as an additional selling agent.

Our sales and marketing approach helped them to achieve their goal of being offsite and focusing on other developments by Christmas 2021 and we helped by selling 20% of their remaining stock.  Their expectation was around 10 – 12% to be sold by supporting agents.

We wanted to capture the lifestyle and aesthetics of the build, ensure that we targeted the right buyers and created lead generators to help target them.
