About Paul

Paul founded At Home in 2015 with a mission and that was to improve standards within estate agency and bring about his expertise in online marketing to an industry that has been slow to adapt to changes in buyer behaviour and interaction with fresh, digital thinking.

With invaluable experience as a landlord, financial planner and senior roles at two Fortune 500 companies, Paul is well placed to ensure clients achieve the best outcomes.

His roots are very much in the Horsham District and his grandfather was a well-respected local developer, Arthur 'Sonny' Etheridge.

Though a self-confessed workaholic, Paul treasures time with his daughter D’Arcy, travelling, diving into a good book and the occasional mountain climb.
