Paul founded the company in 2015 with a mission and that was to improve standards within estate agency and bring about his expertise in online marketing to an industry that has been slow to adapt to changes in buyer behaviour and interaction with online channels of marketing.

His roots are very much in the Horsham District and his grandfather was a well known and respected local developer, Arthur 'Sonny' Etheridge, who was known for his brickwork. 

With invaluable experience as a landlord, financial planner and over a decade's worth of sales, marketing and negotiating experience with two Fortune 500 companies, Paul's skillset will ensure that you achieve the best possible price and an understanding of what you need to ensure we go above and beyond your expectations. 

Paul is a workaholic but in his spare time he loves travelling, sports, reading and mountain climbing. However, having recently become a father, most of his interests are on pause!
